I ordered an item that was on backorder and figured it was going to turn into a whole hassle. Thankfully, derbywarehouse kept me updated and shipped it when they said they would. I still had to put in a bit more effort than I’d like checking timing and making sure everything was moving along, but at least there wasn’t any guessing or chasing them down. Overall, smooth, and I’d order again.

I found exactly what I wanted on derbywarehouse.com, but the shipping cost kind of killed it for me. It just felt soooo high for such a small order. Checkout itself was easy enough, but I seriously almost backed out once I saw the extra charge. I probably won’t order again unless the shipping gets cheaper...

I ordered knee and elbow pads from derbywarehouse.com and wasn’t totally sure I picked the right size. I kept second-guessing the size chart, but it actually ended up being helpful. The pads fit comfortably, weren’t too tight, and stayed in place during practice. I’m happy with them so far.

My order showed up fine, so no complaints there, but returning one of the items ended up being more annoying than I thought it would be. I was already in a slightly impatient mood that day, and the return instructions didn’t feel super clear, so having to click around and figure it out just made it more frustrating.
The refund also seemed to take longer than I expected. Maybe that’s normal, but I didn’t really like having to keep checking on it. The site itself is okay overall, I just wish the return process was a little easier and more straightforward.

I had a smooth time using Derby Warehouse. I found the skates and gear I was looking for without digging around forever, and the filters actually narrowed things down in a useful way. Checkout was straightforward too, and the pages loaded fine on my phone. I had one small question and support basically said something like, “Yep, that item should work for what you need,” which was helpful enough. Nothing over the top, just an easy site to shop without getting frustrated. I’d use it again.

I’ve had a decent experience with Derby Warehouse overall!! The site is easy enough to use, and when they actually have what I’m looking for, ordering is quick and simple. The frustrating part is the inventory, a lot of the items I wanted were either out of stock or only available in random sizes. I just wish they kept stock updated better or had more options available more often.

I picked up my skates during a discount week, and I’m glad I didn’t miss it. The price felt fair with the sale, and even though shipping wasn’t the quickest, I’d rather wait a little than pay more later. Definitely worth keeping an eye out for deals.

Checkout did go through in the end, but it wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been. The page was slow to update, so I ended up double-checking my cart and shipping info a couple of times just to make sure nothing got messed up. Payment went through fine and the order confirmation came right away, which I appreciated. Still, this is something the company should really take responsibility for and fix, because checkout is the last place customers should feel unsure.

I picked these up a few weeks ago and was excited to try them out, but after only a handful of skating sessions the wheels were already wearing down more than I expected. At first they felt okay, but by the end of the first week they started to seem kind of cheap. I was hoping they’d hold up better over time, so overall I’m not really happy with the quality.

The staff definitely knew their skates, and I can't say they weren't helpful. It just felt a little rushed when they were giving advice, so the experience wasn't no perfect thing, but still decent overall.

I’m new to derby, so I used derbywarehouse.com while shopping for my first set of gear. They definitely have a big selection, which I appreciated, but from my perspective as a beginner, it was a little overwhelming trying to figure out what I actually needed.
Some of the product details were helpful, but I still ended up Googling a lot before I felt comfortable buying anything. The site worked fine and shipping was totally okay, but I personally would’ve loved a clearer beginner section or a simple starter guide to make the process less confusing.

I get that delays happen, I really do, but the slow processing was frustrating and made me wish I had ordered from somewhere else. Not the best first experience.

I had a good experience. The prices were better than a lot of the other derby shops I looked at, like the ones with pricier knee pads, the sites charging more for wheels, and the places where toe stops somehow cost way more than expected. I liked that I could get most of what I needed in one order too, like pads, wheels, laces, and little extra stuff instead of jumping between three different stores.

Shipping wasn’t exactly fast, but it wasn’t a disaster either. The box showed up fine, everything was packed normally, and nothing was missing or banged up. The pads fit the way I hoped, the wheels matched the description, and the clearance section was actually useful, not just weird leftover stuff nobody wants. I found a couple decent deals there, like discounted gear, extra accessories, and colors I probably would’ve skipped at full price.

The only reason I’d give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some sizes were out of stock, so I had to switch colors. Not the end of the world, but if you’re trying to match a setup, like black pads, red wheels, certain laces, or a specific team color, it can be a little annoying. Still, for the price and the selection, I’d shop here again

I ordered a pair of derby skates and a couple little parts from derbywarehouse.com, and the delivery estimate they gave at checkout was pretty much spot on.
The tracking kept updating like it should, and the box landed on the exact day they said it would. Everything I ordered was in there too, so no weird missing-item drama.
I’m giving it 4 stars just because the stuff inside the box was packed kind of sloppy, but nothing was damaged or anything. I’d still order from them again.

I don’t think I’m being too picky, but some of the prices just felt a bit higher than I expected. A few items seemed fair enough, but others made me pause and wonder if they were really worth it. Overall, the prices are okay, just not exactly a great deal in my opinion
